UPS (United Parcel Service ) – Canada, USA
We currently ship to Canada and United States and reserve the right to limit some areas for delivery at any stage of the ordering process.
Delivery rates will vary based on the weight and volume of your order. Starting cost : 10$ per order.
We reserve the right to add a maximum quantity per each order. If you need more, do not hesitate to place another order or simply contact us at info@kera-organics.com to arrange for a larger volume order for one delivery.

Kera Organics does not accept returns or exchanges. However, if an item is damaged during transport by our carrier, we ask you to contact us as soon as possible to make an agreement. We will need a photo of the exterior and interior of the box as well as the damaged product in order to proceed with the claim.
In the event of a manufacturing problem, we ask you to write to us at info@kera-organics.com to inform us and reach an agreement if necessary.
